I was on bedrest due to my heart condition when I painted this. I simply turned my bed into a studio, and painted away. Some of the perspective is a little wonky, due to my not being able to stand and look at it from a distance. Many hours of love were spent on this painting. I was studying several different Floridan artists who inspired this painting.
